  • 500 g Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and browned.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a simmer and cook until the mixture thickens into a glaze.
  4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the roasted Brussels sprouts.
