Ingredients

  • 8 sausages
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook sausages in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  2. Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with milk and butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. For gravy, cook onions in the same skillet until soft. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Add beef stock and simmer until thickened.
