Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 lb sausage, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
