Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Layer phyllo sheets in the baking dish, brushing each with melted butter. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the top.
Cover with additional phyllo sheets, brushing with butter between layers.
