Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp cashew paste
  • Salt
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt for at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in tomato puree and cashew paste, cooking for 10 minutes.
  4. Add heavy cream and garam masala, simmering until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy!
