Delight in the classic flavors of Caesar salad, a timeless dish made with crisp romaine lettuce, crunchy croutons, and a creamy Caesar dressing. Ingredients

  • 200 g Chicken Breast
  • 200 g Roman Salad
  • 3 slices Bread
  • 32 g Parmesan Cheese
  • 75 g Mayonnaise
  • 15 ml Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast meat into smaller pieces, rub with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper and grill in a hot pan. When the meat is browned, cool it and cut it into large cubes. Then transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Wash the lettuce and tear it into smaller pieces, add to the bowl with the chicken.
  3. Cut the bread into small cubes and fry in a hot pan. When the croutons are browned, add them to the rest of the salad ingredients.
  4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, salt, pepper with finely chopped parsley and garlic. Pour the sauce prepared in this way over the salad, then mix everything together very thoroughly and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
