Savor the crispy, golden perfection of homemade calamari, a classic seafood dish that’s both light and delicious. Tender squid rings are coated in a seasoned batter and fried to a crispy finish. Ingredients

  • 500 g Calamari
  • 80 g Wheat Flour Type 500
  • 1 Egg
  • 110 ml Dry White Wine
  • 1 l Canola Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the egg with the wine, 1/4 tsp salt and pepper, 1/2 tsp paprika and flour.
  2. Heat the oil to 180-200 C.
  3. Dip the calamari in the batter and place in the hot oil.
  4. Fry for 1 – 1.5 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
