  • 200 g mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and season with salt and pepper.
