Ingredients

  • 2 cups dashi broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 100 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 100 g chicken, diced
  • 4 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs, dashi broth, soy sauce, and mirin until smooth.
  2. Divide shrimp, chicken, and mushrooms among four small cups or bowls.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients.
