Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 400 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add diced onion, minced garlic, and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated chicken, cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in the tomato sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Add heavy cream and cook for another 10 minutes until the sauce is thickened and creamy.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy!
