Ingredients

  • 400 g Canned Chickpeas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Gluten-Free Wholegrain Flour
  • 500 ml Canola Oil for Frying
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • Granulated Garlic

Instructions

  1. Place the chickpeas in a food processor, add the egg, flour and spices.
  2. Grind until a smooth mass is formed.
  3. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pot or high skillet.
  4. Scoop a spoonful of batter over the chips and fry until golden.
  5. Drain excess fat on a paper towel. Enjoy!
