Ingredients

  • 500 g beef sirloin
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the beef strips and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add chopped onions and cook until translucent.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle flour over the onions and mushrooms, then stir in the sour cream and Dijon mustard.
  6. Return the beef to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
