  • 8 Champignons
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs.
  2. Pour in cold water and set aside to cool.
  3. Wash the mushrooms, peel and cut into slices.
  4. Chop the onion and fry it in a pan with olive oil. Add mushrooms.
  5. Peel the eggs and cut into halves.
  6. Remove the yolks and mash with a fork.
  7. Mix with mushrooms and onion from the pan. Fill the egg whites with the stuffing. Enjoy!
