Relish the classic British flavors of fish and chips, a comforting dish featuring crispy battered fish and golden fries. Ingredients

  • 600g Potatoes
  • 400g Cod Filet
  • 3 Eggs
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Wheat Flour Type 500
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet Pepper
  • Cumin
  • Lemon Juice
  • Apple Vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, eggs, baking powder and a glass of water to create a thick mass. Season everything with salt, pepper, paprika and cumin.
  2. Divide the fish into smaller pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice and dip in the dough.
  3. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the bottom of the ovenproof dish and use a spoon to place the pieces of fish, adding a little bit of dough on top.
  4. Bake everything in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin and long strips.
  6. Put them in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle them with salt.
  7. Bake them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
  8. Serve the fish with chips sprinkled with a little vinegar. Feel free to serve with  cream and garlic dip. Enjoy!
