Ingredients

  • 285g Wheat Flour Type 550
  • 150g Butter in Room Temperature
  • 65g Natural Yogurt 2%
  • 60ml Milk 3,2%
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees C and preheat the baking tray in it.
  2. Pour the flour, milk, yogurt, egg and a teaspoon of salt into the bowl and blend for 1 minute.
  3. Then knead for 3 minutes.
  4. Put the warm butter in a small bowl and add the crushed garlic and a teaspoon of salt. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
  5. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and divide it into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into thin round pancakes, about 2 mm thick.
  6. Put baking paper on a hot baking tray and put 3-4 pancakes on it.
  7. Bake for 3-4 minutes until small hills start to appear.
  8. When ready, take out on a wire rack and brush with garlic butter before they cool down.
  9. Bake the rest of the bread in the same way. Enjoy!
