Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 450g Wheat Flour Type 500
  • 200g Mozzarella
  • 150g Feta
  • 150g Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Glass of Water
  • 45ml Olive Oil
  • 5g Dry Yeast
  • 5g Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a glass of water so that it is warm, but not hot. Combine with yeast and sugar. Leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt and oil. Mix everything thoroughly and make an elastic dough with your hands. Leave for 50 minutes to rise.
  3. Grate the mozzarella and combine with the chopped cheeses. You can season the stuffing with pepper.
  4. Divide the risen dough into 4 parts and flatten on a table sprinkled with flour. Roll out each ball of dough into a cake about 5 mm thick (it can also be a little thinner or thicker). Spread a portion of cheese on the pancakes, then fold the dough over on both sides to leave the center free.
  5. Put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees C and bake for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
