1cup sugar
1cup water
1 tsp cardamom powder
Ghee or oil for frying
Rose water (optional)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix khoya, flour, and baking soda to form a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into small balls.
In a deep pan, heat ghee or oil and fry the balls until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
In a separate pot, make sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water until it reaches a sticky consistency. Add cardamom powder and rose water.
Soak the fried balls in the sugar syrup for at least 30 minutes.
