1 tbsp honey
1 tsp grated ginger
1 green onion, chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, and grated ginger. Brush the mixture over the salmon.
Grill or bake the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Divide the cooked brown rice between two bowls. Top with salmon, pineapple chunks, avocado, red bell pepper, and edamame.
Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
