Ingredients

  • 240g Canned Chickpeas
  • 55g Sesame Seeds
  • 30g Dried Tomatoes
  • 30g Pickled Green Olives
  • 5g Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • Salt
  • Cumin

Instructions

  1. Add the chickpeas with the liquid (aquafaba) to the dish. Adjust the amount of aquafaba as needed.
  2. Peel the garlic and add to the chickpeas. Also add sesame seeds, lime juice, cumin, chopped sun-dried tomatoes and olives.
  3. Blend everything thoroughly; it will take about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt if needed. This hummus is great on sandwiches, as an addition to pasta, rice bowl or tortilla. Enjoy!
