Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 150g Kale
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Sweet Paprika (spice)
  • Minced Garlic (spice)

Instructions

  1. Rinse kale and tear into smaller pieces. Wipe and put in a large bowl.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil with salt, garlic and paprika. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour the olive oil into the kale and mix everything with your hand.
  4. Line an oven tray with baking paper and arrange the kale leaves on it so that they do not touch each other.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for 8 minutes. Enjoy!
