Instructions
Prepare the filling: Sauté onion in olive oil until softened. Add ground meat, pine nuts, parsley, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and set aside.
Prepare the dough: Mix bulgur with water and let sit for 30 minutes. Combine with flour, olive oil, and salt to form a dough.
Roll out dough and cut into small circles. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle and fold to form a half-moon shape.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels before serving. Enjoy!
