200g paneer, grated
2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
2 tbsp cornflour
2 onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2cup heavy cream
2 tbsp cashew paste
Vegetable oil for frying
Salt
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
In a bowl, mix grated paneer, mashed potatoes, cornflour, and salt to form a dough. Shape into small balls (koftas).
Heat oil in a pan and fry the koftas until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
In a separate pot, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger paste, cooking until golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
Stir in cashew paste and heavy cream, cooking until the gravy thickens.
Add the fried koftas to the gravy and simmer for a few minutes.
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy!
