  • 200 g paneer, cubed
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, oil, and salt. Marinate paneer cubes in this mixture for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C (400°F).
  3. Skewer the marinated paneer cubes and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
  4. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy!
