Creamy and tangy potato salad with a blend of mayonnaise, mustard, and crunchy vegetables. A perfect side for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups boiled potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or 1 tbsp dried dill)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, celery, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour dressing over potato mixture and gently stir to coat.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
