400g canned tomatoes

1 tsp dried oregano
1/4cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook onion and garlic until softened.
Stir in tomatoes, white wine, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Place fish fillets in the baking dish and pour tomato sauce over them.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until fish is cooked through. Garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
