Instructions
In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the rice and salt, then reduce the heat to low and simmer until the water is absorbed, about 10 minutes.
Add the milk and cinnamon stick to the pot. Simmer on low heat, stirring frequently, until the rice is tender and the mixture is thick and creamy, about 30-40 minutes.
