  • 2 cups water
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the rice and salt, then reduce the heat to low and simmer until the water is absorbed, about 10 minutes.
