1cup yogurt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp tomato paste
2cups water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
In a bowl, mix yogurt, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt. Marinate lamb in this mixture for 1 hour.
Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and ginger paste, cooking until softened.
Add marinated lamb and cook until browned.
Stir in tomato paste, garam masala, and water. Cover and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, until the lamb is tender.
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving. Enjoy!
