500g spinach, washed and chopped
2 onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp ghee
Salt
Fresh cream for garnish
Instructions
Blanch chopped spinach in boiling water, then blend into a puree. Set aside.
In a large pan, heat ghee. Add cumin seeds, cooking until they begin to pop.
Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger paste, cooking until golden brown.
Stir in chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
Add paneer cubes and cook until lightly browned.
Stir in the spinach puree and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes.
