Ingredients

  • 275g Puff Pastry
  • 150g Sausages
  • 150g Cheese in slices
  • 80g Ketchup
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano

Instructions

  1. Unroll the puff pastry and cut into 8 rectangles.
  2. Divide the sausages into 16 equal parts.
  3. Spread each square of puff pastry with ketchup and sprinkle with oregano.
  4. Wrap each kabanos sausage with cheese and wrap it in the dough, carefully connecting the ends.
  5. Place the sausages in puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  6. Bake the kabanos sausages in the dough in the oven preheated to 180 Celsius degrees for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the baked sausages in puff pastry from the oven and leave to cool. Enjoy!
