Ingredients

  • 4 pork or veal cutlets
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Pound the cutlets to about 1/4 inch thickness.
