  • 100 ml white wine

  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to the package instructions.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
  4. Pour in the white wine and squeeze in the lemon juice. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce reduces slightly.
  5. Drain the linguine and add it to the pan with the shrimp. Toss to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
