Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pot and brown the pork cubes.
Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
Pour in white wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 1.5 hours, until pork is tender.
Serve warm. You can decorate it with green spices, for example parsley. Enjoy!
