200g fresh spinach
1 onion

400g diced tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp chili flakes

Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté until translucent.
Add ground cumin, ground coriander, and chili flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the diced tomatoes and chickpeas. Simmer for 15 minutes.
