 A creamy, cheesy dip made with spinach and artichokes, perfect for dipping chips, bread, or vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together spinach, artichokes, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan, mozzarella, and garlic.
  3. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  4. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
