  • 12 jalapeño peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Halve and seed the jalapeños.
  3. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and cilantro.
  4. Fill each pepper half with the cheese mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for 15 minutes, until peppers are tender and tops are golden. Enjoy!
