  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Marinate chicken legs in this mixture for at least 2 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  3. Place the marinated chicken legs on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, until cooked through and slightly charred.
