Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix feta cheese, ricotta cheese, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Layer phyllo dough in the baking dish, brushing each sheet with olive oil. Spread cheese mixture evenly over the top.
Cover with additional phyllo sheets, brushing with olive oil between layers.
