- Total Time: 90 min
- Yield: 10 portions 1x
- Category: Easy
Ingredients
- 1000 g Boneless Pork Loin
- 100 g Dried Plums
- 30 ml Rapeseed Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Marjoram
- Sweet Pepper
- Vinegar
- Granulated Garlic
- Dried Onion
Instructions
- Cut the washed meat with a knife lengthwise in the middle through the entire loin. The incision should be large enough to insert prunes into it.
- Insert the prunes into the cut – along the entire length.
- Mix the oil with a teaspoon of salt, 1/3 teaspoon of pepper, a tablespoon of sweet paprika, a teaspoon of granulated garlic, a teaspoon of dried onion, a teaspoon of marjoram and a tablespoon of vinegar.
- Rub the meat thoroughly with the marinade and place in a sealed container. Put the meat in the fridge for 2 days.
- Take the meat out an hour before cooking.
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
- In a hot frying pan without fat, fry the meat on all sides until it changes color (high burner power and short frying closes the pores of the meat).
- Put the meat placed and sealed in the baking sleeve into the ovenproof dish. Cover with a lid. Enjoy!
