- 750 g Salmon Trout Fillet
- 70 g Lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
- Rosemary
Instructions
- Wash the trout fillet thoroughly, pat dry with a paper towel and place in an ovenproof dish.
- Scrub the lemon, scald with boiling water and cut into thick slices.
- Sprinkle the fish with salt, pepper and place a few slices of lemon and sprigs of rosemary on it.
- Bake the fish in an oven preheated to 190 degrees C without convection for about 20 minutes.
