Ingredients

  • 750 g Salmon Trout Fillet
  • 70 g Lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Rosemary

Instructions

  1. Wash the trout fillet thoroughly, pat dry with a paper towel and place in an ovenproof dish.
  2. Scrub the lemon, scald with boiling water and cut into thick slices.
  3. Sprinkle the fish with salt, pepper and place a few slices of lemon and sprigs of rosemary on it.
  4. Bake the fish in an oven preheated to 190 degrees C without convection for about 20 minutes.
  5. Serve the baked fish with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
