Ingredients

  • 500 g Zucchini
  • 60 g Breadcrumbs or Ground Almonds
  • 24 g Parmesan Cheese
  • 15 ml Olive Oil
  • 1 g Salt
  • Oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees C.
  2. Cut the zucchini into slices about 3-5 mm thick.
  3. In a bowl, mix the grated cheese, breadcrumbs or ground almonds and dried oregano.
  4. Sprinkle the zucchini with sea salt, brush with olive oil, coat in the sprinkles, place in a heat-resistant form or on a baking sheet and place in the oven.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden. Serve with sour cream and/or ketchup and fresh thyme. Enjoy!
