Ingredients
- 500 g Zucchini
- 60 g Breadcrumbs or Ground Almonds
- 24 g Parmesan Cheese
- 15 ml Olive Oil
- 1 g Salt
- Oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 230 degrees C.
- Cut the zucchini into slices about 3-5 mm thick.
- In a bowl, mix the grated cheese, breadcrumbs or ground almonds and dried oregano.
- Sprinkle the zucchini with sea salt, brush with olive oil, coat in the sprinkles, place in a heat-resistant form or on a baking sheet and place in the oven.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden. Serve with sour cream and/or ketchup and fresh thyme. Enjoy!
