Ingredients
- 500 g Calamari
- 80 g Wheat Flour Type 500
- 1 Egg
- 110 ml Dry White Wine
- 1 l Canola Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the egg with the wine, 1/4 tsp salt and pepper, 1/2 tsp paprika and flour.
- Heat the oil to 180-200 C.
- Dip the calamari in the batter and place in the hot oil.
- Fry for 1 – 1.5 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
