Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized Broccoli
- 3 Eggs
- 200 g Canned Corn
- 30 g Natural Yogurt 2%
- 20 g Mayonnaise
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Wash the broccoli, cut into smaller florets and cook in salted water. When cooked al dente, drain it and set aside to cool.
- Hard boil the eggs. Once they are cooked, peel them and cut them into larger cubes.
- Drain the corn from the brine.
- Put all the ingredients in one bowl, spices and mix thoroughly with yoghurt, mayonnaise and garlic squeezed through a press. Enjoy!
