Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 medium-sized Broccoli
  • 3 Eggs
  • 200 g Canned Corn
  • 30 g Natural Yogurt 2%
  • 20 g Mayonnaise
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the broccoli, cut into smaller florets and cook in salted water. When cooked al dente, drain it and set aside to cool.
  2. Hard boil the eggs. Once they are cooked, peel them and cut them into larger cubes.
  3. Drain the corn from the brine.
  4. Put all the ingredients in one bowl, spices and mix thoroughly with yoghurt, mayonnaise and garlic squeezed through a press. Enjoy!
