Ingredients

  • 2 Whole Wheat Tortilla
  • 200g Chorizo Sausages
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1/2 ball Mozzarella
  • 1/2 can Red Beans
  • 1/2 can Canned Corn
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Concentrate
  • 3 tbsp Canola Oil
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Chili
  • Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into feathers and fry in hot canola oil.
  2. Add sliced ​​chorizo ​​and season to taste with chilli and lime juice.
  3. Add red beans and canned corn to the pan, cook for 5-7 minutes. After a while, add tomato paste, mix thoroughly and simmer covered.
  4. Heat the tortilla in the pan. Add the prepared stuffing and finely chopped mozzarella. Heat for a while.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and cover with a second tortilla. Heat gently until the cheese melts.Enjoy!
