		- 300g Wheat Flour Type 500
 - 150ml Greek Yogurt 0% Fat
 - 500ml Canola Oil
 - 50g Gouda Cheese
 - 15g Fresh Yeast
 - 5g Sugar
 - Salt
 
Instructions
- Add yeast, 1 tablespoon of flour and sugar to a glass of warm water. Mix thoroughly. Leave for 15 minutes for the leaven to start working.
 - Sift the flour into a large bowl, add the salt and slowly pour in the leaven. Knead everything thoroughly with your hands to form a cohesive dough.
 - Set the dough aside for 20 minutes to rise.
 - Divide the dough into 6 small parts and form them into balls. Roll each ball out very flat and thin.
 - Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry each pancake for 1 minute on both sides.
 - Serve each pie smeared with yogurt and sprinkled with cheese. Enjoy!
