Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 250g Honey Melon
  • 150g Light Mozzarella
  • 100g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 100g Arugula
  • 50ml Canola Oil
  • 2 tbsp Shelled Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Mix the oil with honey and lemon juice.
  2. Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds, peel off the skin and cut into cubes.
  3. Drain the mozzarella and cut into smaller pieces.
  4. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
  5. Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan.
  6. Put all the ingredients in one bowl, pour honey-lemon sauce and mix thoroughly. Enjoy!
