Ingredients
- 250g Honey Melon
- 150g Light Mozzarella
- 100g Cherry Tomatoes
- 100g Arugula
- 50ml Canola Oil
- 2 tbsp Shelled Sunflower Seeds
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Mix the oil with honey and lemon juice.
- Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds, peel off the skin and cut into cubes.
- Drain the mozzarella and cut into smaller pieces.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
- Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan.
- Put all the ingredients in one bowl, pour honey-lemon sauce and mix thoroughly. Enjoy!
