Ingredients

  • 270g Cream Cheese
  • 80g Parma Ham
  • 70g Dried Tomatoes
  • 10g Sour Cream 12%

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese with sour cream.
  2. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes from the oil and cut into small cubes.
  3. Mix the sun-dried tomatoes with the cheese. Optionally, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Lay out the slices of ham. If they are large, you can cut them in half.
  5. Take a spoonful of cheese and place it on the short edge of a slice of ham.
  6. Wrap ham with cheese.
  7. Arrange on a plate. You can garnish with arugula or basil leaves. Enjoy!
