Ingredients
- 150g Kale
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- Sweet Paprika (spice)
- Minced Garlic (spice)
Instructions
- Rinse kale and tear into smaller pieces. Wipe and put in a large bowl.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil with salt, garlic and paprika. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour the olive oil into the kale and mix everything with your hand.
- Line an oven tray with baking paper and arrange the kale leaves on it so that they do not touch each other.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for 8 minutes. Enjoy!
