Ingredients
- 400g Goose Breast
- 100ml Dry Red Wine
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- Thyme
- Cinnamon
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Clean the meat, wash it, cut it into a grid on the skin side and rub it with salt, pepper and cinnamon. Place the meat in the fridge for about 2 hours.
- Heat a pan and fry the goose breast in it (first 10 minutes on the skin side, then on the meat side until golden brown).
- Place the oven bag into the baking dish and tie it on one side.
- Then put goose breast meat, a few sprigs of thyme, chopped garlic and wine into the bag. Tie the bag on the other side.
- Bake the meat in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for about 60 minutes.
- Cut the duck meat into slices and serve with your favorite additions. You can thicken the sauce after baking with flour and use it to serve the dish. Enjoy!
