Ingredients

  • 200g Pasta
  • 150g Edam
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 cup Canned Corn
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Drain the corn.
  3. Wash the red pepper and remove the inedible parts (tail, core). Dice the rest of the pepper.
  4. Cut the cheese into cubes or grate it on a grater with large holes.
  5. Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water.
  6. Mix all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Mix olive oil with chopped parsley and pour over the salad. Enjoy!
