Ingredients
- 200g Pasta
- 150g Edam
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 cup Canned Corn
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Drain the corn.
- Wash the red pepper and remove the inedible parts (tail, core). Dice the rest of the pepper.
- Cut the cheese into cubes or grate it on a grater with large holes.
- Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water.
- Mix all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix olive oil with chopped parsley and pour over the salad. Enjoy!
