Ingredients
- 130g Pear
- 100g Blue Cheese
- 100g Pomegranate
- 80g Salad Mix
- 60g Walnuts
- 20g Arugula
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp French Mustard
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Wash the pear and remove the core from it. Then cut into 12 slices.
- Chop the nuts into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil with lemon juice and mustard.
- Remove the skin and membranes from the pomegranate.
- Pour the salad mix into a bowl. Put half of the arugula on it.
- Now arrange the pears and sprinkle them with nuts and pomegranate.
- Crumble the blue cheese in your hand and sprinkle it over the salad. Place the remaining arugula on top.
- Top the salad with the prepared sauce. Enjoy!
